How we handle your information.
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Solenne LLC ("Solenne", "we", "us") operates solenne.business and provides on-demand junk-removal services in Cincinnati, Ohio. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We aim to use the least information necessary to run our service.
What we collect
When you request a pickup, apply to be an operator, or otherwise interact with Solenne, we collect:
- Contact information — name, phone number, email address
- Service details — pickup address, ZIP code, scope of work, scheduling preferences, photos you choose to upload
- Operator applicant information — service area, company name (optional), a short message about your operation
- Basic device data — browser type, IP address, page-load timing — collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance
We do not collect financial information directly. Payment, when applicable, is handled by our operators outside of this platform.
How we use it
- To route your pickup request to a local operator in your service area
- To send booking confirmations, operator assignment notifications, arrival alerts, and reschedule messages via SMS and email
- To send operator applicants confirmation and approval messages
- To respond to questions or support requests
- To improve our service over time
📱 SMS messaging program disclosure (TCPA)
Solenne operates a transactional SMS messaging program for customers and operators in the Cincinnati area. This section is our complete TCPA / CTIA disclosure for that program. By participating in the program, you agree to the terms below.
How you opt in
You provide express written consent to receive transactional SMS from Solenne by doing any of the following:
- Submitting your phone number on a booking form at solenne.business/junk-removal or solenne.business/lawn-care
- Submitting the operator application form at solenne.business/apply
- Initiating an SMS conversation with our customer-care number to request a booking, ask a question, or interact with Sol, our AI booking assistant
Every booking and application form displays a consent notice directly next to the phone-number field; submitting the form is your affirmative agreement to that notice. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of doing business with Solenne — you may instead call us at (513) 291-3396 or email us at hello@solenne.business.
What messages you'll receive
- Booking-request confirmations and tracking links
- Quote alerts from your assigned operator
- Operator name, arrival window, and contact info once a booking is accepted
- Reschedule proposals and confirmation links
- Completion notifications and brief follow-up
- Conversational responses from Sol when you text us directly
- Operator applicants only: review status, approval, and onboarding links
Solenne does not send marketing, promotional, sweepstakes, or unsolicited messages through this program.
Message frequency & cost
Frequency varies based on your activity. A typical customer receives 2–6 messages per booking cycle, plus any SMS conversation you initiate with Sol. Operator applicants receive 1–3 messages during review.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates for text messages apply to messages you send and receive. Solenne does not charge for SMS. Contact your mobile carrier for rate plan details.
How to opt out
You can revoke consent and stop receiving SMS at any time. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any Solenne SMS (or any of these synonyms, which we honor: END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE)
- Email hello@solenne.business with the phone number you want unsubscribed
After you opt out, you'll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You can re-subscribe any time by replying START or by submitting a new booking form.

Carrier liability & delivery
Solenne is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier, network outages, or your device's settings. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
AI messaging notice
Some SMS replies you receive — particularly those that arrive immediately after you text us — may be generated by Sol, our AI booking assistant. Sol uses OpenAI's language model to understand your message and respond. We do not use your SMS content to train AI models, and message content is retained only as long as needed to operate the booking program. If at any point you'd prefer a human, reply HUMAN or call (513) 291-3396 — a member of our team will respond.
Data sharing for SMS
Your phone number is shared only with our SMS delivery providers (Twilio and Telnyx) and, when a booking is accepted, your assigned operator. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it to send promotional messages from Solenne or anyone else.
Changes to this program
We may update this SMS disclosure from time to time. Material changes (new message categories, new opt-in flows, new providers) will be reflected here, and we'll note a new "Last updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
