Common questions.

PricingHow much does a pickup cost?
Three flat tiers, no hidden fees:
- $95 — Single item (couch, mattress, fridge, etc.)
- $295 — Half truck (a garage's worth, ~10×8×5 ft)
- $525 — Full truck (whole-house clean-out, estate haul)
If you're between tiers, we'll quote it from photos before showing up — no on-site upsells.
PricingAre there hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. We don't charge for fuel, mileage, stairs, or "heavy items." If a job genuinely changes once we're there (you've added more stuff, the dumpster turned out to be a U-Haul), we'll tell you the new price before we do the work — your call.
PricingWhen do I pay?
After the work is done. We'll text you a payment link the operator triggers when the truck is loaded. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App all work. No deposit, no card on file.
SchedulingCan I book same-day?
Most weeks, yes. The booking page shows live windows for the next 7 days — if there's a window today and your operator can take it, you'll see it. If nothing today, the earliest tomorrow window will be there.
SchedulingWhat if I need to reschedule?
Text the operator directly — their number is on your booking page. If they need to reschedule on their end, you'll get a link to confirm or decline the new time. No call center loop.
SchedulingDo I need to be home?
Not for outdoor pickups (driveway, yard, garage with code). For indoor pickups, someone 18+ has to let us in. Either way, we'll text you when we're 15 minutes out.
What we doWhat do you take?
Almost anything that fits in a truck: furniture, mattresses, appliances, e-waste, yard debris, construction debris (small loads), garage clean-outs, estate cleanups, post-renovation.
What we doWhat can't you take?
Hazmat — paint, propane, motor oil, asbestos, medical waste. Local code requires those go through specific channels. We can point you to the right Cincinnati drop-off if you ask.
What we doWhere does my stuff actually go?
Best case: donated. We have standing relationships with St. Vincent de Paul and Goodwill in the Cincy area for anything in good shape. Recyclable materials (metal, electronics, mattresses) go to designated facilities. Whatever's left goes to landfill — but we keep that share as small as we can.
What we doWhen are cleaning, lawn, and pressure washing coming?
Lawn care: Spring 2026. House cleaning & pressure washing: Summer 2026. We add a service only when we have a verified operator who can take it on day one — we'd rather not launch it than launch it half-staffed.
Trust & safetyAre your operators insured?
Yes. Every operator carries $1M general liability insurance, which covers your home, your stuff, and any incidents during the job. We verify the policy at onboarding and re-verify annually.
Trust & safetyWho's actually showing up at my house?
A local operator we've already vetted. After you book, your booking page shows their name and phone. You can text or call them directly any time.
Trust & safetyWhat if something gets damaged?
Tell the operator on-site, snap photos, and call us at (513) 291-3396. Damages run through the operator's $1M GL policy. We've had two minor incidents in our history; both were resolved within a week.
Trust & safetyAre you a Cincinnati company?
Yes. Solenne is based in Cincinnati and every operator on the platform is local. We don't use call centers, and we don't dispatch from out of state.
