How do I get paid?

You collect from the customer on-site at job completion (card via the payment link, cash, Apple Pay — your call). Solenne's dispatch fee is 10% of the booking total, deducted weekly from the prior week's jobs. We send you a Friday statement showing every job and the net.

First-month operators get the dispatch fee waived. Welcome bonus.

What if a customer tries to add stuff on-site?

Your call. If it's a small bump (a single extra item), feel free to absorb it — keeps the rating up. If it's a real change of scope (booked half-truck, actually a full-truck cleanout), tell them the new price before loading anything. Walk away if they don't agree. We back you 100% on this — it's why we don't bait-and-switch on quote pages.

What if I can't make a booked time?

Open the booking in your Work tab → tap Reschedule → propose a new window. The customer gets a one-tap link to confirm or decline. Try to do this 12+ hours ahead — last-minute reschedules hurt your acceptance rate (the metric we route by).

How does the SMS dispatch system work?

The second a customer in your service ZIPs hits Submit, our system texts your operator phone with the address, scope, price, and a deep-link to the booking. Tap the link, you're logged in. Tap Accept, both calendars sync. The whole loop takes ~5 seconds.

What insurance do I need?

$1M general liability minimum with Solenne LLC named as additionally insured. We re-verify annually. Most carriers (NEXT, Hiscox, Thimble) write this in 10 minutes online for ~$45/month.

Auto insurance: commercial auto on the truck if it's wrapped or signed. Personal auto with hauling endorsement is fine for unmarked vehicles.

Can I bring on a second truck or driver?

Yes — once you're hitting 12+ jobs/week consistently. Your second driver gets their own operator account, but they share your territory and you're responsible for their work. Reach out to HQ when you're ready.

The dashboard isn't loading on my phone.

99% of the time: the magic-link token expired (HQ rotated it for security). Text us — we'll send a new login link in 30 seconds.

1% of the time: you're underground / no signal. We can't fix that part.

What's the deal with Sol?

Sol is the AI assistant on our customer-facing pages. They handle quote intake so customers get a price in 60 seconds instead of waiting 3 days for a callback. By the time a job hits your phone, the customer has already been quoted, scheduled, and confirmed.

Sol does not do the hauling. That's still you.
