Terms of Service

The simple rules.

These Terms govern your use of solenne.business and the on-demand junk-removal and lawn-care services connected to it (the "Service"), operated by Solenne LLC ("Solenne", "we", "us"). By using the Service, submitting a booking, or initiating an SMS conversation with our customer-care number, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Solenne does

Solenne is a routing and dispatch platform that connects Cincinnati-area customers with independent local operators who perform the actual work — junk removal and lawn care. Solenne LLC does not perform pickups or mows itself; assigned operators do. We coordinate scheduling, communications, quote delivery, and basic dispute resolution.

3. SMS messaging program

Solenne operates a transactional SMS messaging program for customers and operator applicants. By providing your phone number on any Solenne booking or application form, or by initiating an SMS conversation with our customer-care number, you give Solenne your express written consent to send you transactional text messages related to your booking, application, or inquiry. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using Solenne — you may also reach us by phone or email.

Types of messages

Messages include booking-request confirmations and tracking links, quote alerts from your assigned operator, operator name and arrival information, reschedule proposals and confirmations, completion notices, conversational replies from Sol (our AI booking assistant), and operator-applicant status updates. Solenne does not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages through this program.

Frequency & cost

Frequency varies based on your activity — typically 2–6 messages per booking cycle, plus any SMS conversation you initiate. Message and data rates may apply; check your mobile carrier's rate plan for details. Solenne does not charge for SMS.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any Solenne SMS to opt out (we also honor END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE). You'll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Re-subscribe any time by replying START or by submitting a new booking form. Reply HELP for an automated response with contact info, email us at hello@solenne.business, or call (513) 291-3396.

AI messaging (Sol)

Some SMS replies you receive — particularly those that arrive immediately after you text us — are generated by Sol, our AI booking assistant, using OpenAI's language model. Sol can collect booking details, deliver pricing, and create a booking request on your behalf. Bookings created via Sol are subject to the same terms as bookings created on the website, including operator acceptance, scope, and pricing. We do not use your SMS content to train AI models. Eligibility & delivery

The Solenne SMS program is available only on phone numbers issued by US mobile carriers. You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to consent. Solenne and wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues, network outages, or your device's settings.

4. Email communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional email from Solenne related to your booking or application — confirmations, quote alerts, operator info, reschedules, and completion receipts. Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email or by emailing hello@solenne.business.

Solenne lawn-care operators handle mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal cleanups. They do not handle:

If your job contains any of the above, contact us before booking and we'll point you to a proper specialist. Misrepresenting the scope of work may result in the operator declining the job on-site with no refund of any deposit collected.

6. Cancellations and reschedules

You can reschedule any time before your operator arrives — use the reschedule link in your confirmation message, text us, or contact your operator directly. Same-day cancellations after operator dispatch may incur a trip fee charged by the operator at their discretion.

7. Operator applicants

If you apply to become a Solenne operator, you agree that we may contact you about your application, that approval is at Solenne's sole discretion, and that operator status, once granted, may be paused or revoked for failure to meet service standards (response time, on-time arrival, customer ratings, and compliance with these Terms).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Solenne does not guarantee that any operator will be available in your area at any specific time, or that any quoted price will hold if the scope of work changes. We are not responsible for damage caused by an operator during a pickup or mow; please address such issues directly with the operator and notify us if unresolved. AI-generated responses from Sol may occasionally be inaccurate — final pricing and scheduling are confirmed by your assigned human operator.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solenne LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid Solenne for the booking in question (which, in most cases, is zero — operators collect their own payment). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who abuses the Service, misrepresents pickup or job contents, harasses our operators, sends SMS spam or unsolicited content to our number, or otherwise violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by opting out of SMS (reply STOP), not submitting new bookings, and asking us to delete your data via hello@solenne.business.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and announced on the homepage when significant. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
